Clarity, confidence and momentum
for whatever crossroads you’re facing.

Most people at a crossroads aren’t short of ideas. The hard part is moving from thought to action.

If you’re feeling stuck, circling the same questions and overthinking the options, knowing a decision needs to be made, you’re not alone. The Pivot is built for that moment, and especially for these three.

  • After redundancy

Enforced change can be the catalyst for reinvention. If redundancy has left you at a crossroads, The Pivot gives you the space, structure and support to reimagine your future, and to turn uncertainty and urgency into opportunity.

  • Woman sitting on a green couch with gray pillows, taking a moment to reflect on how to navigate change. An attendee at the PIvot Retreat.

    Returning to work

Coming back after parental leave or a long absence often means balancing childcare, finances and priorities that have shifted. The Pivot gives you room to reflect, rebuild confidence and redesign your work on your own terms.

  • A young man participating in an online Pivot training course. Designed to share the Pivoteer Mindset and Method wherever you are.

    The second act

When the children leave home, or a long corporate career loses its appeal, it’s common to want something new without knowing what. The Pivot helps you find your next chapter and make a real start on it.

The Pivot Programme:
four steps from thought to action

The Pivot combines expert coaching and behaviour change with strategic planning and lean start-up tools. We call it the Pivoteer Mindset and Method. The mindset is how you lead yourself through doubt and uncertainty; the method is the practical pathway that turns insight into decisions, and decisions into action. You need both: without the mindset, even a good plan wobbles, and without the method, good intentions stay stuck in ‘potential’.

You’ll leave with the Pivoteer Mindset and Method - clearer direction, confidence in your decisions, and a practical plan you can act on immediately .

STEP 1. Claim your future. Reconnect with what you want and what you’re capable of, through vision-setting and strengths-based reflection.

STEP 2. Unlimit yourself. Uncover the beliefs and assumptions holding you back, and replace them with more useful truths.

STEP 3. Design your path. Translate your direction into goals, and your goals into a lean, realistic strategy.

STEP 4. Plan with momentum. Map your next steps and build the rhythms that keep you moving once real life resumes.
